Return Policy
Invasion Micro values our relationship with you and offers a return policy on most products you buy directly from Invasion Micro. Under this policy, you may return to Invasion Micro, within thirty (30) days from the invoice date the products you purchased directly from Invasion Micro for a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.Hardware Products and Accessories: All hardware and software returns that are undamaged and in as-new condition, in original packaging may be returned within thirty (30) days from the invoice date for a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees. Peripherals (monitors, keyboards, mice, speakers, etc) are not eligible for return. Open, activated, or registered software cannot be returned.
Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 20% must be charged on hardware, accessories, parts, and unopened software. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for any reason, including non-functioning systems. We will gladly repair any non-functioning system and return it to you at no charge, but must enforce the restocking charge if you choose not to allow us to repair your system.
How to Return: You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to return products to Invasion Micro. To receive an RMA number, you must contact Invasion Micro and request to receive an RMA number within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. You must obtain a RMA number in order to return the product. Invasion Micro will refuse all shipments that do not have a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
You must return the product to Invasion Micro with proof of delivery within thirty (30) days of the date on your invoice, regardless of when during this thirty (30) day period you receive your RMA number. You must:
- Ship back all products you are seeking to return to Invasion Micro.
- Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition, along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment. If you do not have the original packaging, your system cannot be returned for refund.
- Ship the product at your sole expense with proof of delivery to our designated facility and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
Upon receipt of the complete returned purchase, Invasion Micro will issue a credit or refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees. Credit will be issued to the original credit card if used during the initial purchase, or a check will be issued within 14 days if paid by check originally. No exceptions to this policy can be made.
Note: Before you ship the product to Invasion Micro, make sure to back up the data on the hard drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). Remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information, removable media, such as floppy disks, CDs, or PC cards. We are not responsible for any of your confidential, proprietary, or personal information; lost or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media.
